Finally something interesting in the mobile hardware launches and not just a 120Hz screen upgrade, something that you can get excited about, a dual screen design in the upcoming Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Pro, the camera box now has a display that could assist you with selfies with the main Leica cam. All fits nicely into a metal build that looks pretty premium and so will be price. Xiaomi has this time named the phone 17 series to compete directly with iPhone 17 and its Pro sibling, which they will be able to do comfortably as the Xiaomi 17 series devices will feature the upcoming Snapdragon Elite Gen 5 top of the line SoC, Leica optimized cameras and Android 16.

The secondary screen which Xiaomi is calling as “Magic Back Screen” can display music, clocks, pics, call alerts, quick phone control options etc. As it is embedded within the camera panel it doesn’t hideous at all but looks premium. Xiaomi may have a winner on their hands this time around with 17 series.
